Lithium announced the acquisition of Social Dynamx. The new combined offering is called Lithium Social Web™ and is available today. What this means for customers is that is in a better position help brands to meet their customers where the conversation is happening—across the social Web. Social Dynamx’s platform was purpose-built for customer care and their strong focus on delivering real ROI from social media makes a good match.
Lithium and Social Dynamx will be adding their technology and their entire Austin-based team to Lithium. Lithium Social Web integrates fully with Lithium Communities and allows social media teams to follow thousands of conversations on the social web, prioritize and route them to the appropriate team members and deliver proactive, cost-effective customer care at scale. It is a good complement to Lithium’s customers’ existing communities, as agents can now engage and direct consumers to relevant user generated content.
The acquisition brings to Lithium contact center and CRM expertise through Mike Betzer and the entire Social Dynamx team.
